Just follow the simple on-screen instructions after you’ve added your chosen dress to your shopping basket which will guide you through the ordering process. You have our guarantee that your information is processed securely and your personal information is not passed on or sold to any third party. We aim to advise you within 5 working days if your chosen dress is out of stock, and the expected delivery date. We offer a standard and express delivery service to all worldwide destinations for in-stock items: UK (including Northern Ireland)

Returns/Exchange PolicyWe offer you a very simple no-quibble returns/exchange policy. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to receive a refund, please return the dress in its original condition - unworn, tags attached and folded carefully inside the tissue paper and packaging it arrived in. For UK based customers, please return your item within 7 working days of receipt, enclosing details ofyour name, order number and reason for return. For all other worldwide customers, please return your item within 14 working days of receipt enclosing details ofyour name, order number and reason for return. Please note that returning any item without your order details may delay the processing of your refund/exchange. We will refund you any money you have paid for your purchase (excluding postage) to your original payment method within 30 days of its receipt back by us, to the debit/credit card originally used for your purchase. Please note that postage and packaging are direct costs, and therefore are not refundable. In the event your order qualifies for 'free shipping' on any offer we may choose to run from time to time, and such order is subsequently returned, our standard P&P costs will be deducted from any refund due. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you take out additional insurance to cover the cost of the gown in the event of loss. For items being returned from outside the European Union, please make sure you mark any customs forms with "Returning for Refund" to avoid any delay or costs in processing your refund. Please note that if a dress has been altered, damaged/marked in any way, or has been worn, we are unable to exchange or provide a refund. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your gown before authorising any alterations as this will void the exchange/return policy set out above.
